How It works

  • Select the vitamins or other interesting nutrients or look by categories then view a list of foods. Your selected favorites that you love to eat will be conveniently at the top personalized just for you.  Since you’ll see foods you love to eat, this will encourage you to eat healthy.

  • Low on a specific nutrient? You’ll have lots of food choices.

  • Too many choices?  These foods are also ordered by highest daily values and can be filtered by over a dozen categories.

  • Can’t get enough info? Look at the food’s major nutrient summary.

Feel free to repeat,  the app avoids any slow internet delays since no wifi is needed.
